Terms & Condition of RO Services Delhi 

Welcome to RO Service Delhi. We aim to keep things simple and transparent. These terms explain how we provide water purifier services across Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following:

1. Service Coverage

We provide RO installation, repair, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for all major brands. Our technicians operate strictly within the Delhi NCR region (Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon).

2. Visiting Charges

  • A standard visiting/inspection fee is applicable for every technician visit.
  • If you choose to go ahead with the repair or service suggested, the visiting charge may be adjusted or waived depending on the total bill value.

3. Spare Parts & Warranty

  • We use high-quality spare parts. If any part (like a motor, SMPS, or membrane) is replaced, it comes with a specific warranty period mentioned on your invoice (usually 3 to 6 months).
  • Consumables like sediment filters, carbon filters, and outer pre-filters do not carry a warranty once installed, as their life depends on your local water quality.

4. Service Warranty

If the same problem occurs within 7 days of our service, we will send a technician to fix it free of charge. This does not apply to new faults or physical damage caused after our visit.

5. Payments

  • Payments should be made immediately after the service is completed.
  • We accept Cash, UPI (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm), or Online Transfers.
  • Please ensure you collect a digital or physical receipt for all payments made.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure a stable power supply and water connection are available during the technician’s visit.
  • We are not responsible for any pre-existing plumbing issues or electrical faults in your home.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule your booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
